All purchased items may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund.  Shipping on all items other than warranty items, shall be the reponsibility of the sender.  To be accepted, all items must be returned with their original wrappings and/or tags still attached; OTHERWISE WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE ITEM!!  A 20% restocking fee shall be applied to all returns. Restocking fee waived on all item exchanges or if you opt for store credit.

All warranty items beyond this return period shall be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.  Bases Loaded does not warrant items but will assist in helping our customers with advice on those returns if need be.  Please contact us if you have any questions.
